Outdoor Camp Crew – Residential trips for schools

Job Description

Our camp crew position is ideal for anyone looking for that first step toward a career in outdoor education, a flexible part-time work opportunity or experience towards their  Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Our Camp crew members are key to the smooth running of each camp.  Your primary role will be to ensure the effective running of our camps, including camp set up, take down and general everyday tasks.  You may also play a part in supporting with the delivery of activities, supervising meal times, and helping with the evening activity programme.  This is a varied and active role, perfect for anyone looking for that first step toward a career in outdoor education.

We are looking for someone who:

– Has good organisational skills

– Is flexible and reliable

– Can make a positive contribution and has a friendly, polite and professional manner.

– Has an interest in the outdoors, education and/or adventure.

Experience

Full on the job training and mentoring will be provided.
